Claims of Copyright Infringement Related Issues (17 U.S.C. § 512 et seq.)

At Bentley Elite Realty Co, we respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may notify our designated agent by providing the following information in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA):

Required Information for a DMCA Notification:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works on a single site are involved, a representative list of such works.

2. Identification of the infringing material that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, along with a description of where the material is located on the site to help us locate it.

3. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address (if available).

4. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

5. A statement under penalty of perjury that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

6. Your physical or electronic signature.

If Submitting a Counter-Notification:

If you believe that your content was removed or access was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing:

1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access was disabled, and the location where the material appeared before removal.

2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

3. Your name, address, and telephone number.

4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Bentley Elite Realty Co may be found.

5. A statement that you will accept service of process from the original complainant or their agent.
